Ramey Farms LLC is a family farm run by Joshua, Laura, and our two daughters. We specialize in raising premium black angus beef. We are a cow-calf operation and we raise all of our calves until they are finished and on your plate. We raise commercial beef cattle that are sold directly to other farms or taken to market as well.

In addition to cattle, we also raise chickens, honey bees, and a few hogs a year.

We are blessed to be able to share this way of life with our daughters. Our main focus is to consistently provide quality & healthy products for your family.

We offer freezer beef by the individual cut, 1/4, 1/2, or whole. All of our beef is processed by Dave's Custom Butchering in Wellston, Ohio. All meat is vacuum sealed and Inspected. If interested in placing a custom cut 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef order. Email us and we will send you the form where you can choose your cuts.

Rest assured, the steak on your plate has been well cared for. We have our own herd that we raise every calf from start to finish. All cattle graze on pastures in the spring and summer, graze on corn field residue in the fall & winter, and are supplement fed our own clover/alfalfa hay during the winter months. In the last 2-3 months before butchering, we start feeding a blend of hay, barley, oats, corn, and molasses. None of our cattle are ever given any growth hormones or steroids.  In the event an animal being finished for retail beef would need a vaccination for any reason, it is pulled from the herd and is raised to be sold at auction and not processed for your meat.
